How it usually works
- The ad account is disabled and Request review appears in Account Quality.
- You submit it once. The status changes to in review.
- Meta decides. The account is restored, or the decision is shown as final.
- In some situations a new review option appears later, for example after you complete a requested check.
Make the one appeal count
- Submit from an admin with full control on the ad account.
- Say what you sell and which ad or setting you think caused the flag.
- Say what you changed, such as removing an ad or fixing a landing page.
- Keep it short and factual.
If the decision is final
Read new evidence after a final decision before you do anything else. Opening new accounts to get around a final decision can lead to more restrictions on your profile.
