Is there any route when the notice says the decision is final?

A final notice means no further review is offered on that account. Some situations have a separate route, for example a hacked account, but they rest on different facts. Decide whether your facts really differ before you try anything.

Routes with different facts

The account was taken over by someone else.
A payment fault caused the restriction and is now fixed.
Identity documents were wrong and are now correct.

Not new facts

Wanting the account back.
Spend history.
A new tone of voice.

Then

If your facts match one of the first group, use the route Meta publishes for it. If not, move on and protect what you can.
