No reply on an ad account appeal after two weeks

Meta does not publish a time limit for reviews, and some advertisers on X report waiting two weeks or more. Check Account Quality first: the status may have changed without an email. If it still shows in review, contact support once from Business Help Center with the ad account ID and appeal date, then wait.

Check before you chase

  1. Open Account Quality and look at the ad account, the portfolio and your profile.
  2. Check the Support Inbox in Business Suite for a reply you missed.
  3. Check the email on your Meta login, including spam.
  4. Note whether the review shows as in review, or whether the button is back.

Contact support once

Write one short message from Business Help Center: "Ad account [ID] was disabled on [date]. I requested a review on [date]. Account Quality still shows it in review. Can you confirm it is open and whether anything else is needed?" Save the reply.
