How to appeal a disabled Meta ad account

Open Business Support Home, select the disabled ad account and choose Request review. Add a short, factual note and send it once. Meta decides, and the answer arrives in Meta’s own time. If no review option appears, check your role and the asset named.

The steps

Open Business Support Home as an admin.
Select the disabled ad account.
Read the reason shown.
Choose Request review.
Write a short, accurate note.
Submit once and save a screenshot.

Before you submit

Settle any unpaid balance.
Secure all admin profiles.
Check the ads and landing pages against the policy named.

After you submit

Watch for updates and for any request for documents. Do not file the same request again.
