Appealing a disabled ad account from the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait

Request the review from Account Quality with any VPN off, from the device and network you normally use. Make sure the business name on the portfolio matches your trade licence or commercial registration, in Latin script, and that the payment card belongs to the business or an admin.

Steps

Turn off the VPN.
Open Account Quality and select the ad account.
Check that the portfolio name matches the trade licence or CR.
Request a review and add one short, factual note.

Common problems

VPN logins from several countries.
A card from a person who is not an admin.
An Arabic legal name on documents and an English name on the portfolio with no link between them.
