My disabled ad account appeal was rejected. What now?

A rejected appeal is usually Meta's final decision for that ad account. Save the decision, export your data, and check whether the notice offers any further option. If you are in the EU, you may be able to take the decision to a certified out-of-court dispute body.

Do this now

  1. Screenshot the decision in Account Quality, with the date.
  2. Export campaign, audience and billing reports you can still reach.
  3. Check the decision for any further review or Oversight Board option.
  4. If you are in the EU, read about Appeals Centre Europe.
  5. Check that your profile and portfolio are not restricted too.

What to write

No new message is needed unless Meta offers another review. If it does, add only facts that were not in the first appeal.
