Why ad account appeals get rejected, and what to change first

Most rejected ad account appeals argue with the decision instead of showing a change. Meta's reviewers look at the account as it is now. If the ads, landing page or payment setup that triggered the restriction are still live, the review usually lands the same way. Change the likely cause first, then appeal once and say what you changed.

Common reasons a review fails

What to change first

  1. Pause the ads named in Account Quality.
  2. Fix the landing page so it matches the ad.
  3. Clear billing problems on the same account.
  4. Remove unknown admins and apps.

How to word the appeal

Two or three short sentences: what you found, what you changed, and that you will follow the policy. No anger, no long history.

Official sources

Meta changes its help pages, menus and forms often. Follow the wording on your own screen and the current Help Center. Ad Account Unban is an independent service and is not affiliated with Meta.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can I appeal again after a rejection?

Only when Meta offers another review. Send something new, not the same text.

Does an agency make a difference?

Help with diagnosis and wording can. Nobody outside Meta controls the decision.
