Proof that usually fits
| Notice is about | Useful proof |
|---|---|
| Identity | The ID document the form asks for, with the same name as the profile |
| The business | A registration document, utility bill or tax record with the business name and address |
| Billing or payments | Screenshots of past payments and the payment method in the business name |
| An ad or landing page | A screenshot of the page after you fixed it, with the date |
How to prepare it
- Check every name and address matches the business portfolio.
- Crop screenshots to the part that matters, and remove card numbers.
- Use clear files in the format the form accepts.
- Name each file so it is obvious what it shows.
What not to attach
- Edited or made-up documents. They can end the review for good.
- Long histories of every ad you have run.
- Other people's documents or details.
Keep a copy
Save the exact files you sent and the date. If Meta asks again, you can send the same set rather than guessing.
