Open the Advertising Standards page for that reason and read what it covers.
Fix what the reason names: the ad, the landing page or the account details.
Write the appeal in the review box using the template below.
Submit once and keep a screenshot of what you sent.

What to write

"[Business] sells [product] at [URL]. Ad account [ID] was disabled for [reason]. We read the Advertising Standards for this reason and [removed the ad / changed the landing page / updated our details]. We believe the account follows the standards and ask for a review."

Deadlines

Meta does not publish one review window for every account. If the notice shows a date to respond by, submit before it.

What to avoid

Threats, all-caps or blaming Meta.
Copying templates from forums word for word.
Submitting the same appeal from several admins.
