Do my ad accounts come back if the portfolio does?

Ad accounts restricted only because of the portfolio usually follow it. Accounts with their own restriction need their own review.

How do I appeal a business portfolio restriction?

Request the review on the business portfolio itself in Account Quality, not on each ad account. Describe the legal business, its website and who the admins are. If Meta asks for business verification, complete it, since the review may not move until it is done.

Do this now

Open Account Quality and choose the business portfolio from the list.
Read the reason and click Request review if it is there.
In Business settings, open Security Center and check whether verification is requested.
Make sure the legal name, address and website on the portfolio match your documents.
Submit one review and wait for the answer.

What to write

"Business portfolio [ID] belongs to [legal business name], registered in [country], website [URL]. Our admins are [names] and all use two-factor. We believe the restriction is in error and ask for a review."

Follow any date shown on the portfolio notice.

What to avoid

Creating a new business portfolio and moving ad accounts into it.
Adding new admins or partners while the review is open.
Uploading edited documents.
