Appeal for an ad account you manage for a client

When the account belongs to a client, the owner should appear in the appeal. Say who owns the business, what role you have, and what each of you will do. A request that shows clear ownership is easier to read.

Make ownership clear

Steps

  1. Ask the client to log in and see the notice themselves.
  2. Request the review from the owner's profile if the account is theirs.
  3. Include a line about your agency role.
  4. Keep both sides informed.

Avoid

Do not file in the client's name from your own device without them knowing. Do not tell the client the result is certain.

Official sources

Meta changes its help pages, menus and forms often. Follow the wording on your own screen and the current Help Center. Ad Account Unban is an independent service and is not affiliated with Meta.
